Epsom salt helps back hip knee foot pain

This old-fashioned treatment is a powerful remedy for overall muscle pain, and it detoxes your body as well. Use it especially for hip, knee, foot and lower- back pain. A salt bath is a great way to start if you have fibromyalgia, lower-back pain, arthritic knee, ankle pain, or foot neurones.

Epsom Salt and Baking Soda Bath for muscle pain 

Add 2 cups of Epson salt and 1 cup of baking soda to very hot water. Drink a pint of water half an hour before getting into the bath. Then start by soaking for only ten minutes and work up gradually to twenty to thirty minutes.
